Wax Melt Care

 1. WAX MELT USAGE

Remove the wax melt from all packaging. Place the wax melt in the well of a clean and empty electric wax melt warmer. Once the wax melt is warm, it will start spreading its fragrance around your indoor space.

* Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.*

2. CHANGING THE WAX MELTS

There are two ways that you can remove your used wax melts:

If your warmer has been on and your wax is liquid, take two cotton balls, set them in the warmer tray, let it absorb and discard cotton balls. This is perfect for the warmers without removable lids/plugins. Then take a paper towel and wipe away any excess wax.

If your wax warmer is not on and the wax has hardened,  turn the warmer back on so the wax loosens in the dish making it easier to remove as a solid piece. Apply a light amount of pressure to the melt and and the melt should pop out in a semi solid form. Be sure to wipe away any excess with a paper towel.

*We also sell reusable wax liners that you can just pop out the hardened used wax and place a new wax melt in*

3. STORAGE

Wax melts are sensitive to light and temperature. Avoid your wax melts from cracking and melting by storing in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep your wax melts dust free by keeping the extra wax in there clamshells or back in the sealed packaging given to you in.

4. CAUTIONS

For safety keep out of reach of small children and pets. Do not overfill the bowl, you can top up once the wax has melted. The burner may become hot; Do not touch while in use as heated wax can burn. Allow to cool when finished using. Do not use metal objects to clean out wax; this may crack and damage the burner. Do not add water to the wax. Do not pour wax down the drain.
